Our Purpose

Provident Living Academy’s goal is to develop productive, moral citizens through faith-based, applied, experiential learning. Sustainable living skills will be taught through hands-on, real life learning experiences. It is in essence, a “living laboratory”. The Academy supports and encourages the concept of strong family, student community and participation in government. Our curriculum teaches students to “take upon themselves responsibility, and to become independent, by themselves becoming producers, and skillful workers” ( Joseph F. Smith)

As a resource, we are developing a comprehensive paper and electronic library of the spiritual and practical knowledge necessary to adapt and survive a dynamically changing world.

Our philosophy is that there is a price for every decision and decisions determine destiny. We desire to develop leaders who understand how to make sound, moral decisions as a result of their preparation.
